Fundraising Efforts Really Do Help
With our fundraising efforts this year, we were able to contribute to help with funding on several things such as... We donated money to help with the purchase of new sheet music for the general music/choir program. Also, funds were given to Millennium to help pay for upcoming transportation costs of field trips for each of the grade levels. We were able to make a contribution to the school's assemblies fund - some of these are expensive to bring in, but are such a treat for the entire school. Grade level supplies that the teachers may not be able to purchase for their classes might now be within reach, since there were some funds set aside for that, as well. Plus, using the profits from the spring and fall book fairs, many new books have been brought into your children's classrooms, as well as, the school library. When we all work together - we can make things happen!!! Thanks for all of your support!

Popcorn Days
Each month we try to hold a "Popcorn Day." On these days, during each of the student lunches, the bags of popcorn are sold to the kids for just $.25 per bag! It is possible that your student(s) may receive a "free popcorn coupon" if they attend certain school events, which they need to redeem on the following popcorn day. There is a limit of 2 bags per student. Check the calendar on the mlpto.org home page.
Scholastic Book Fairs
By partnering with Scholastic Book Fairs, we help to build our children's classroom & Millennium's school library. This is a wonderful opportunity that helps us raise funds in order to do that. Not to mention, our book fair is open during conference week, which makes it an easy shopping trip to purchase new reading material for your kids. We hope to get more books in our kids' hands with your help. Thanks!
